• ¼ cup coconut oil, melted

• 2–3 tbsp cocoa powder (or use melted dark chocolate for a richer taste)

• 1–2 tbsp maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

• Pinch of sea salt

1. In a bowl, combine FATSO peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and cocoa powder. Stir until smooth.
2. Taste the mixture—add maple syrup if you’d like it sweeter.
3. Line a small pan or use silicone moulds.
4. Spread the mixture evenly and press it down to remove air pockets.
5. Freeze for 30–45 minutes, or until firm.
6. Cut into bars or pop out of the moulds. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
