Made with creamy FATSO peanut butter, coconut oil, and cocoa powder, these bars are the ultimate combo of flavour, texture, and clean ingredients. They’re no-bake, gluten-free, and perfectly stashable in your freezer for whenever cravings strike.
Ingredients (Makes about 8 bars):

½ cup FATSO Classic or Salted Caramel peanut butter

¼ cup coconut oil, melted

2–3 tbsp cocoa powder (or use melted dark chocolate for a richer taste)

1–2 tbsp maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine FATSO peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and cocoa powder. Stir until smooth.
- Taste the mixture—add maple syrup if you’d like it sweeter.
- Line a small pan or use silicone moulds.
- Spread the mixture evenly and press it down to remove air pockets.
- Freeze for 30–45 minutes, or until firm.
- Cut into bars or pop out of the moulds. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
